The building's transformation from an old prison is remarkable and gives a unique character to the hotel. The staff provided exceptional service, especially Alex, who ensured all my needs were met promptly.

We stayed for two nights in a Superior Room City View to celebrate our wedding, but the experience was overwhelmingly negative. The room had a strong cigarette smell, thin walls allowed us to hear everything next door, and the staff were unfriendly. I expected a luxurious escape but left feeling scammed.
